Hello I am new to all of this. My son committed suicide 4 days after his son was born. Camden is my grandson. His mother neglected him and ccs was going to put him in foster care. I have had to go to court for telephone harrassment,death threats,and child custody as well as physical therapy and helmet for baby let alone his care. I was just hoping to see what options I have. I don’t drive because I have seizures and some days are just hard.
My 1st cousin decided she didn’t want any kids anymore and just abandoned all 4 of her kids there father died in a car crash a few years back so they all went to different family members homes. My 17 year old girl 2nd cousin witch is her daughter was staying with my aunt witch is my cousin mom. But when my grandmother died 2 months ago the 17 year old started staying with my grandma to help around the house. She got a little part time job she was happier than she has ever been in a really good home. So her mom decided she wanted to hurt everyone because her kids called the police on her new boyfriend for beating the crap out of her and because her boyfriend is looking at a long time for it she said that she hated those kids and she will make them all pay. So she contacted cps and told them all kinds of really bad lies. About my grandma and her daughter so because the 17 year old was supposed to be living with my aunt and not my grandma cps came and took her out of my grandmother home a really good home and put her with her grandfather ex wife and her 29 Year old son. It’s not a good place at all. My question is how can my grandma get her back into her home
